The Great Beauty wins the European Film Award


"The Great Beauty" has won the Best European Film Award of the Year. The win gives the Italian Oscar submission a boost for an Academy nomination for Best Foreign Film. Meanwhile "Blue is the Warmest Color went home empty handed.
