The Artist wins Best Picture

The Artist won Best Picture tonight at the Oscars. But the big surprise wasn't the Best Picture. Hugo dominated the first half of the show winning five awards shutting out favorites such as The Tree of Life for Cinematography and Rise of the Planet of the Apes for Visual Effects.
